ทั้งอาคารได้ติดตั้งระบบกระจก 2 ชั้นที่มีฉนวนอากาศตรงกลาง ซึ่งสามารถลดความร้อน และเสียงจากภายนอกได้เป็นอย่างดี เพราะด้วยคุณสมบัติพิเศษของกระจกดังกล่าวที่ให้แสงสว่างส่องผ่าน แต่กันความร้อนจากภายนอกเข้าสู่อาคาร ส่งผลให้ลดการทำงานของระบบปรับอากาศ นอก จากนั้นแล้วระบบกระจกดังกล่าว ยังช่วยเพิ่มความปลอดภัยให้กับอาคาร โดยสามารถป้องกันแรงลมได้อีกด้วย
ระบบควบคุมอาคารแบบอัตโนมัติ
ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์จะตรวจสอบและควบคุมการทำงานของระบบปรับอากาศ ระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบไฟแสงสว่าง ระบบป้องกันและควบคุมเพลิง ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย เพื่อการปฏิบัติงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพของอาคาร และการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน โดยควบคุมผ่านจุดตรวจสอบที่ติดตั้งไว้กว่า 2,300 จุด ภายในอาคาร
หลอดไฟLED T8
เราเลือกใช้หลอดไฟLED T8 ซึ่งช่วยประหยัดพลังงานสูงถึง 50% เมื่อเทียบกับหลอดฟลูออเรสเซนต์ ภายในหลอดไฟ LED T8 ประกอบด้วยชิป และไดรเวอร์ ไม่มีสารปรอท ก๊าซอาร์กอน และสารเรืองแสงดังเช่นหลอดฟลูออเรสเซนต์ ในกระบวนการผลิตหลอดไฟLED T8 จึงไม่เป็นอันตรายต่อมนุษย์เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม และช่วยลดการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ลงได้มาก การติดตั้งหลอดไฟLED T8 ไม่ต้องใช้บัลลาสต์และสตาร์ทเตอร์ จึงช่วยโลกลดปริมาณขยะอีเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต การกระพริบของหลอดไฟLED T8 น้อยลงกว่าหลอดแบบเดิมมากจึงช่วยลดอาการเมื่อยล้าของสายตา ไม่มีรังสีUVจึงช่วยถนอมสายตา ให้ความสว่างเหมาะสำหรับใช้ภายในอาคาร สำนักงาน และที่พักอาศัย

Double Glazed Window System
The curtainwall system has double-glazed, thermal-insulated reflective glass that reduce glare, street noise and saves energy. Double glazed windows let lots of light in to displace electric light and also keep out most of the heat, so they more than pay for themselves immediately by reducing the capacity of the air-conditioning system.
Moreover, the curtainwall system used has protective external capping that will keep the glass intact in the event of freak gusts of wind or even an earthquake, providing maximum safety at all time.
Building Automation System (BAS)
This offers computerized monitoring and control with over 2,300 sensors integrated into the air-conditioning, electrical, lighting, fire protection and control, security and safety systems for efficient building operations and energy conservation.
T8 LED Tube
We use T8 LED tube which saves energy up to 50% compare to traditional fluorescent lamp. The inside of the T8 LED tube contains LED chip and driver, there is no mercury, argon gas and fluorescent agent likes traditional fluorescent lamp. In the production process, T8 LED tubes are not harmful to humans, being more environmentally-friendly and reducing carbon dioxide emissions than traditional fluorescent lamp. The installation of T8 LED tubes does not require a ballast and starter, thus helping the world reduce the amount of electronic waste that will occur in the future. The flickering of T8 LED tubes is much less than traditional fluorescent tube, thus reducing eye fatigue. There is no UV radiation, which helps preserve eye sight. It provides brightness suitable for use in buildings, offices and residences.
